Refund And Returns Policy

The Love Bud does not offer refunds or returns for fresh flower products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, the lifespan, or the quality of your blooms, please contact us at hello@thelovebud.com.au to discuss. We may ask for photos as proof so that we can pass these on to our suppliers.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. 

If the wrong delivery address is supplied, we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost to the customer.
